Service Description

A treated control room and Iso booth set up for tracking, overdubs and mixdown. Booked by the hour — book as many consecutive hours as you need. Included: control room monitoring, iso booth, Bring your instruments and a drive for your session files. theBLOC is not responsible for lost, deleted, corrupted or inaccessible customer files. Cancellation: free up to 24 hours before your start time. Inside 24 hours the booking is non-refundable. The iso booth keeps a live source separate from the control room, so you can track and monitor inside a single booking without bleed. It suits solo tracking and small sessions: vocals, guitar, keys, voiceover, podcast and audiobook work. Who books it: musicians recording singles and EPs, producers working through a client's session, podcasters recording interviews, voice actors, and students working on assignments. Where: theBLOC, 2041 Harvey Avenue, Kelowna BC, inside the Kelowna Event Centre — a 2.7-acre creative campus. Recording Studio B sits alongside our film studio, rehearsal rooms and flex spaces, so a session can move between rooms in the same visit. Session and Creator members get studio access as part of their membership.
