An open, reconfigurable room for workshops, classes, client sessions, casting, planning days and general creative work. Booked by the hour — book as many consecutive hours as you need. Included: tables and chairs. Add-ons: projector / display cart, post-session cleaning. Cancellation: free up to 24 hours before your start time. Inside 24 hours the booking is non-refundable. Nothing in the room is fixed. Tables and chairs go where you want them, so the same space works as a circle of twelve for a workshop, a long table for a planning day, a cleared floor for casting, or a quiet corner for a client meeting. It's the room to book when your day doesn't fit a classroom layout. Who books it: workshop and course facilitators, photographers and directors running casting sessions, agencies holding client reviews and planning days, community groups, and productions needing a holding or makeup room alongside a film studio booking. Where: theBLOC, 2041 Harvey Avenue, Kelowna BC, inside the Kelowna Event Centre — a 2.7-acre campus, so a workshop can run here while a shoot runs next door.
