Service Description

An open, reconfigurable room for workshops, classes, client sessions, casting, planning days and general creative work. Booked by the hour — book as many consecutive hours as you need. Included: tables and chairs. Add-ons: projector / display cart, post-session cleaning. Cancellation: free up to 24 hours before your start time. Inside 24 hours the booking is non-refundable. Set up for teaching: everyone facing forward, tables and chairs already in place, and a projector cart available so you can put slides or footage on screen without bringing your own display. Book a single evening for a one-off workshop, or a recurring weekly slot for a course that runs a term. Who books it: instructors running music, film and photography courses, businesses holding training days, community organisations, tutors, and anyone teaching a group that needs to see a screen. Where: theBLOC, 2041 Harvey Avenue, Kelowna BC, inside the Kelowna Event Centre. Teaching a course that needs studio time as well as class time? The recording, film and rehearsal rooms are on the same campus, so a term can move between them. If you need an open room rather than a fixed classroom layout, book the Flex Space.
